Ordering Prescriptions
Repeat prescriptions should be requested 72 hours in advance of your next prescription being required.
Acute prescriptions will only be available on the same day in exceptional circumstances. Our normal turnaround time will be 72 hours.
There are a number of ways to order your prescription:
1) Via email to [email protected]
2) Via the prescription telephone line (028 38840223 option 2) this line is accessible at all times.
Please include your name, address, date of birth and a list of the drugs you require. Please state where you would like your prescription sent to or if you would prefer to collect it from the surgery yourself.

Certain items for example, treatments for coughs, colds, sore throats, headlice, thrush, hay-fever etc are available to buy in your local pharmacy or may be offered under the Minor Ailments Scheme. Please check with your Community Pharmacist.
We work closely with the local pharmacy in Tandragee and they are happy to provide a prescription collection service from the surgery twice a day.
