Registering with Tandragee Medical Practice
Since 2004 patients are no longer registered with an individual doctor but rather with a practice. If you would like to register with the practice please contact one of our administrative team who will be happy to guide you through the process.
In order to be able to register with this practice, you must be resident within the 3-mile radius practice area, (a map of the practice area is available at reception), and also be entitled to avail of NHS services.

If you are registering from outside of the UK then please come to reception with your passport, ID, utility bill / proof of residency and the reception staff will guide you through the registration documents which are different to the one below.
